The Diabetes Awareness Education and Research Trust (DART) is a public charitable trust established in 2025 at Warangal, Telangana. We are founded by Dr. Saini Venkateshwarlu and Dr. G. Vandana with a singular purpose — to combat the growing diabetes epidemic through awareness, education, and research.
The trust works towards empowering individuals, communities, and healthcare professionals with the knowledge and resources they need to prevent, detect, and effectively manage diabetes. Our work spans urban and rural areas, schools, hospitals, and community centers across Telangana and beyond.
To disseminate knowledge about diabetes prevention, management, and lifestyle modifications to reduce its prevalence. We partner with schools, healthcare bodies, and communities to conduct mass screening, patient education, and CME conferences — empowering every individual to take charge of their health.
A world where diabetes is no longer an undetected, unmanaged burden. We envision a Telangana — and ultimately a nation — where communities are educated, empowered, and equipped to prevent diabetes and live healthier, longer, more fulfilling lives through early detection and proper care.
We serve with missionary zeal, without personal benefit — our work is driven purely by dedication to community health and well-being.
Knowledge is the most powerful medicine. We believe in equipping communities with the information they need to prevent and manage diabetes.
Every rupee is accounted for. We maintain rigorous financial records, annual audits, and operate with full openness to donors and stakeholders.
Our services are designed to reach all — urban and rural, rich and underprivileged, young and old. Diabetes does not discriminate; neither do we.
We support initiatives to understand regional trends and continuously update our programs based on scientific evidence and emerging data.
We work hand-in-hand with government bodies, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations to maximize our impact and outreach.
